The purpose of this contract is to operate the works of the Drinking Water and Sanitation Services of the City of Muret.
The different lots of the consultation are the following:
- lot 1: operation of the works of the drinking water service,
- lot 2: operation of the sanitation service works.
This consultation is launched following the procedure with negotiation in application of articles L. 2124-3 and R. 2124-4 of the code of the public order. The procedure is restricted.
The services include the operation, maintenance and upkeep of the production station, reservoirs and recovery stations, distribution networks and technical interventions with service customers.
The works concerned are the following:
- Navel production plant with a capacity of 10,000 m
- 3 storage sites, recovery and overpressure,
- 201 km of pipes,
- 7,878 connections,
- 1 1076 meters.
The services include the operation, maintenance and upkeep of the sewage and rainwater collection systems and effluent treatment works, as well as the management of sewage sludge. They also include control of non-collective sanitation facilities and technical interventions for service subscribers.
The works concerned are the following:
- 115 km of gravity sewage network and 7 km of discharge network,
- 77 km of rainwater network,
- 22 posts of repression,
- 1 purification plant with a capacity of 45 000 Eqh,
- 1 treatment plant with 900 Eqh capacity.
