As an employer, VISTA college wants to offer insurance through a collective contract for all its employees who, in the event of partial and full incapacity for work, provide benefits that together supplement the (sum of the) WIA benefit and the ABP disability pension to a minimum of 70% of the last earned salary. VISTA college wishes to have the choice of a collective AO insurance for partial incapacity for work and a collective or semi-collective AO insurance for full incapacity for work. The income must be supplemented up to the retirement age applicable to the employee. Premium payment takes place as long as there is an insurable interest.

The wage bill for 2019 is EUR 65,452,555 (pensionable income for employees in paid employment with contracts for an indefinite and fixed-term contract).
