The object of this contract is the sweeping service, collection, transport of municipal and similar solid waste and other ancillary services, as defined by art. 184 of Legislative Decree no. 152/2006, and ss.mm.ii., in the Municipal territory of Briatico (VV), and the best foreseen and under the conditions of the CSA and in the other tender documents and according to the principles provided and in compliance with the current legal provisions state, regional and regulatory.
