The subject of the Order is:

SUPPLY OF CONSUMABLES FOR INKJET PRINTERS, LASERS, MULTIFUNCTIONAL DEVICES, the scope of which is defined in Annex 1 (A,B) to the SWZ

- Description of the subject of the contract and in accordance with the provisions of the draft contract - Annex 3 (A,B) to the SWZ

1. The contracting authority shall allow submission of partial tenders with division

into 2 parts:

• Part I: "Supply of consumables for inkjet printers, laser printers, multifunction devices"

– Communications Service (SSŁiI)

• Part II: "Supply of printer consumables"

– Education Section

The contractor may submit a bid for one, selected or all (parts) of the task. The conditions for the performance of the contract are included in the draft contracts constituting Annex 3 (A,B) to the SWZ and in this specification of the terms of the contract.

The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the draft contracts and SWZ.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is presented in Annex 1 A to the SWZ and in the draft contract - Annex 3 A to the SWZ.

The conditions for the performance of the contract are included in the draft contracts constituting Annex 3A to the SWZ and in this specification of the terms of the contract. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the draft contracts and SWZ.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is presented in Annex 1 B to the SWZ and in the draft contract - Annex 3B to the SWZ.

The terms of performance of the contract are included in the draft contracts constituting Annex 4 (A, B) to the SWZ and in this specification of the terms of the contract. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the draft contract and SWZ.
