SUPPLY OF ELECTRICITY FOR 19 ORGANIZATIONAL UNITS OF THE LEGIONOWO COMMUNE

1. The subject of this contract is the supply of electricity for municipal buildings administered by KZB Legionowo Spółka z o.o., buildings of KZB Legionowo Spółka z o.o. and for 18 organizational units of the Legionowo Commune listed in Annex 1 to the SWZ

2. Estimated electricity demand in the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2024r. is 1.428.140 kWh.

3. As part of the implementation of point 1, the Ordering Party obliges the Contractor to:

1) applications

PGE Dystrybucja S.A. Warsaw Branch, Marsa 95, 04-470 Warsaw,

PKP Energetyka S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, Hoża 63/67 00-681 Warsaw

to perform the contract for the sale of electricity concluded with the Contractor,

2) representing the Ordering Party before the relevant Distribution System Operator in matters related to the conclusion of a contract for the provision of distribution services.

Estimated electricity demand in the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2024r. is 1.428.140 kWh.
