Certia Oy requests to submit an offer for small-scale robotics development in accordance with the invitation to tender for the contract period 01.01.2024 - 31.12.2026 + one (1) year option option.

The offer is binding and must be made in Finnish. The entire procurement process is in Finnish. By submitting a tender, the tenderer agrees to the terms of the invitation to tender and its annexes, and the tenderer does not have the right to attach to his tender any conditions that conflict with the invitation to tender and its annexes.

The products and services offered must comply with the directly binding regulations of the European Union, Finnish laws and regulations and regulations issued by the authorities.

The object of procurement and the contract are development projects that include, for example, acting as an expert in the subject area, solving problems, planning and participating in the implementation of change requests, presenting solution options, configuring and developing new functionalities. Based on competitive tendering, a framework agreement is established and a supplier-specific framework agreement is signed with each selected contract supplier. This is a framework agreement for a maximum of three (3) suppliers. The framework agreement is used to agree on the Customer's small-scale development services related to robotics and the procedures related to ordering services.
