The subject of this contract is the implementation of Contract II, to the extent of which the following tasks include:

- Task 1 Construction of rainwater drains in the area of Zacisze Street;

- Task 5 Construction of a rain collector from Westerplatte Street to Anne Borchers Ronda,

- Task 6 Construction of a rain collector from Ronda Kaziow to Dworcowa Street;

- Task 9a Expansion of the rainwater drainage system on the Czarkowo Estate — Stage II.

- Task 9a Expansion of the rainwater drainage system on the Czarkowo Estate — Stage II.

1) Task 1 Construction of rainwater drainage in the area of Zacisze Street will consist in the construction of:

- rain drains in the range of diameters from DN 200 mm to DN 1200 mm together with rain drains (DN 1200 with length 410 mb; DN 800 with length 8 mb; DN 400 length 240 mb; DN 300 with length 17 mb; DN 200 with length 51 mb);

- cleaning equipment — settler and two separators;

- inlet into the Link Channel and the strengthening of the bottom and slopes of the course with the implementation of the extension of the existing sealed wall;

- Maneuvering area for handling separators along with access.

2) Task 5 The construction of the rain collector from Westerplatte Street to Anna Borchers Roundabout will consist in the construction of:

- rainwater drainage in the diameters range from DN 200 mm to DN 400 mm with rain drains (DN 400 with length 372 mb; DN 300 with length 82 mb; DN 200 with a length of 112 mb);

- reconstruction of water supply connections.

3) Task 6 The construction of the rain collector from Rondo Kaziowa to Dworcowa Street will consist in the construction of:

- rain drains in the range of diameters from DN 200 mm to DN 400 mm together with rain drains (DN 400 with length 172 mb; DN 200 with length 66 mb).

4) Task 9a Expansion of the rainwater drainage system in the Czarkowo Housing Estate – Stage II will consist in the construction of:

- rainwater drainage in the range of diameters from DN 200 mm to DN 315 mm together with rain drains (DN 315 with length 781 mb; DN 200 with length 212 mb).
