The purpose of this contract is to develop the surroundings of the SNCB station and the transformation of the Bus station.

The work is taking place on the esplanade of the SNCB train station in Mouscron, on the TEC bus station and on the regional road N513 between rue de Station and rue de la Carpe.

The work to be done and the metric are divided into three parts.

• Part 1 Works for the SPW M&I — Direction des Roads de Mons

• Part 2 Work Supported by the OTW

• Part 3 Work for the City of Mouscron
