The Ministry of Social Affairs and Health (hereinafter “STM”) and National Institute for Health and Welfare (hereinafter “Customer”) request your tender for advance procurement agreement (hereinafter “APA”) on pandemic influenza vaccines.

The purpose of STM and the Customer is to procure an advance procurement agreement on pandemic influenza vaccines required for the preparedness of protection of the population of Finland against an influenza pandemic declared by WHO.
