Performance by the Contractor of inspections of three electric multiple units of the ED78 series (the second required inspection since the production of the vehicles), including permanent works of the third level of maintenance (P3) and additional works, in accordance with the applicable inspection cycles included in the DSU and DTR.

The subject of the contract is the performance by the Contractor of repair works in the scope of the third level of maintenance (P3) of three electric multiple units of the ED78 series manufactured by NEWAG S.A., numbered 022, 023 and 024 (the second required inspection from the production of vehicles), in accordance with the requirements and scope specified in the documentation of the procedure - Appendix No. 8 to the Terms of Reference, which is a model public procurement agreement and in accordance with the applicable inspection cycles and includes the performance of:

1) works of the permanent scope of P3,

additional works (optional) - the implementation of which has become necessary as a result of a previously unforeseeable situation and is necessary to restore a given Vehicle to full technical efficiency. The necessity to perform these works must be confirmed by the Acceptance Commissioner and may be performed only with the consent of the Contracting Authority.
