The subject of the contract includes: 1) collection of mixed municipal waste with code 20 03 01, 2) collection of the following fractions of separately collected municipal waste: - paper, cardboard, paper and cardboard packaging code 20 01 01, 15 01 01, - glass, glass packaging, code 20 01 02, 15 01 07, - metals, metal packaging, code 20 01 40, 15 01 04, - plastics, plastic packaging code 20 01 39, 15 01 02, - multi-material packaging code 15 01 05, - biodegradable waste code 20 02 01 (green waste), biodegradable kitchen waste: code 20 01 08. 3) collection of waste from the liquidation of "wild landfills" on the written notification of the Ordering Party within three working days of notification. NOTE – the cost of waste collection should be calculated in the Contractor's remuneration. The contracting authority provides an estimate of the amount of waste collected during the liquidation of "wild landfills". In the application, the Ordering Party shall specify the place of waste collection. The amount of collected waste from the liquidation of "wild landfills" in the Nowa Dęba commune in 2018 was – 20.16 m3, 2019 – 12, 97 m3, 2020 – 25.55 m3, 2021 – 37 m3, 2022 – 33 m3 4) transport of the received waste to the Regional Waste Treatment Installation indicated in the Waste Management Plan for the Podkarpackie Voivodeship, indicated in the current resolution of the Podkarpackie Voivodeship Sejmik on the implementation of the Waste Management Plan for the Podkarpackie Voivodeship, i.e. the Department of Mechanical and Biological Treatment of Municipal Waste, Centralny Okręg Przemysłowy Street, 37-450 Stalowa Wola. 5) It is allowed to transfer separately collected municipal waste collected from property owners to a Regional Waste Treatment Facility, waste recovery and disposal facility other than the one indicated, in accordance with the waste hierarchy referred to in the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste. A change in the indicated place of management of separately collected waste does not constitute a change in the contract if the contractor has obtained the written consent of the Ordering Party to change this place.
