At the end of 2021, the Heat Transition Vision (TVW) was adopted. This indicates how we will eventually replace natural gas, for heating homes, tap water and cooking, with a sustainable alternative. Based on this vision, the municipality of Hardenberg has developed an action plan in which it is indicated how Hardenberg wants to give substance to the directing role that we as a municipality have in the implementation of the Heat Transition Vision.
Hardenberg has opted for an approach per housing type. For each home, we want to provide insight into which measures are needed to make the switch to natural gas-free. Together with residents, the municipality is developing a roadmap for each housing type, which will be made available in the form of an online tool.
For the inclusion of the homes and the development of tailor-made energy advice, the municipality of Hardenberg is looking for Energy Performance Advisors-Housing (EPA-W).
The municipality of Hardenberg has defined 47 housing types. In accordance with the NTA 8800, an Energy Performance Consultant for housing (EPA-W) performs 15 to 30 visual home shots for approximately 30 housing types, so that the municipality can draw up roadmaps. Half of the home admissions take place before the preparation of the roadmap, the other half takes place to check the roadmap. The first half of the home admissions is followed by tailor-made advice, while the second half is followed by energy advice.
The EPA-W-er can be deployed on demand at residents' meetings.
