The purpose of the contract to be concluded following the procedure will be: Regulatory environmental study missions in the context of the development of port structuresnature and extent of services:-Preliminary phase to identify, with regard to the work program, the regulatory framework to which the works are subject and the synthesis of the studies to be undertaken to allow the establishment of the application file for environmental authorization + establishment of a Specific planning of procedures and its preliminary monitoring-framing - Support of the contracting authority in the upstream phase of framing with the environmental authority - Support missions in the drafting of the specifications of the specific studies necessary for the composition of the environmental authorization file YC, if necessary, on the pollution-establishment of the environmental authorization file including the impact studies, the Water Law file and the files specific identified, its filing, its instruction and other additions until obtaining the authorization orders -Project consultation and institutional consultation in connection with regulatory procedures, public inquiry, drafting of the memorandum in response to any questions.
