The subject of the contract is successive delivery of dressing materials and disposable medical equipment for the needs of the Regional Ambulance Station in Bydgoszcz.
The offered subject of the contract must be CE marking, comply with the requirements of the Contracting Authority described in the specification of the terms of the contract and with the applicable laws in Poland, have required declarations of conformity, certificates, certificates, certificates of registration, certificates admission to marketing and use in Polish health care facilities on the basis of applicable law. The shelf life for use of the offered object of the order must be not less than 80% of the expiry date from the date of order.
