The contracting authority intends to enter into a framework agreement for travel agency services that enables a functional, fully digital, efficient, comprehensive, and user-friendly booking of business travels.

The framework agreement shall amongst others include the following services:

- online bookings (web and app) of flights, hotels, rental cars, etc.

- Round-the-clock online self-service system

- Travel advice /booking.

- Round-the-clock travel assistance

- Emergency preparedness and safety in case of accidents
