Software from the manufacturer Atlassian and its support

The IVZ - represented by rbb (Rundfunk Berlin-Brandenburg) - intends to procure software from the manufacturer Atlassian and its support with a term from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2025.

Responsible in its own name and on behalf of the public radio and television broadcasters of the Federal Republic of Germany listed below:

a. The state broadcasting corporations Bayerischer Rundfunk, Hessischer Rundfunk, Mitteldeutscher Rundfunk, Norddeutscher Rundfunk, Radio Bremen, Rundfunk Berlin-Brandenburg, Saarländischer Rundfunk, Südwestrundfunk, Westdeutscher Rundfunk (West German Broadcasting), which are united in the ARD.

b. Second German Television

c. Deutsche Welle, Deutschlandradio

d. The legally independent undertakings and community bodies majority-owned by the establishments referred to in (a), (b) and (c)

as joint debtor and joint creditor, rbb awards the contract for the conclusion of a contract for the procurement of the software(s) Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Crowd plus their support by the manufacturer Atlassian.
