Assignment of assignments shall be to organise, administer and carry out forest fire protection in Östergötland County and, where appropriate, also in parts of neighbouring counties. Guaranteing should essentially be carried out in the period 15 April - 15 September each year.

The procurement shall lead to cost savings and shall support and streamline forest fire coverage by air in Östergötland County.
