Framework agreement to purchase orders with a minimum but no maximum expressed in quantities, under the conditions set out in articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public order code. The minimum quantities per batch and per establishment party for the entire duration of the public contract are indicated in appendix 01 of the CCTP: catalog of needs.

Sterile medical devices that can be ordered in batches are described in the CCTP and the catalog of requirements. The estimated amounts per lot are indicated in the consultation regulations.
