ERDF funding project from the Saxony-Anhalt CULTURAL HERITAGE programme "Development and reorientation of the Stiftsberg in Quedlinburg" Schlossberg 1, 06484 World Heritage City of Quedlinburg (Lot 66) Fire extinguishing system

Tenders will be issued for the construction of a pilot-controlled dry-fine spray sprinkler system (double interlock) in the attics of the buildings of the Stiftsberg ensemble, which will be carried out as part of the ERDF project "Development and realignment of the Stiftsberg in Quedlinburg".

The service includes, among other things:

- 1 pc water supply as an underground tank made of stainless steel in an existing well shaft useful capacity approx. 66 m³,

- 2 sprinkler pump units as submersible motor pump,

- 1 St. Druckhalteanlage,

- 2 sprinkler control cabinets with monitoring,

- 9 St. Vorgesteuerte Trockenalarmventilstationen,

- 1 St. Schnellentlüfterstation,

- 1 fire detector and extinguishing control centre for 9 extinguishing areas,

- approx. 670 sprinklers (3.1 sprinklers and string lines)

- approx. 1000 m sprinkler pipe network in stainless steel pressed/ screwed/ coupled/ welded

- 340 m underground sprinkler line PE-100, wet and dry

- 28 m Druckluftnetz

- 150 m fire protection cladding F90 of sprinkler systems

- Openings, openings, core holes incl. pipe bulkheads

- Proof of competence required for work in contaminated areas according to DGUV regulation 101-004 "Contaminated areas" or

TRGS 524 are construction or work in areas that are contaminated with hazardous substances or biological agents,

- establishment and provision of black and white area,

- Incl. expert acceptance, hydraulic pipe network calculation, commissioning, trial operation

- Incl. electrical wiring inside and outside the sprinkler control panel
