With determines to contract n. 44 of 9.5.2019, this administration has decided to entrust the works management services (DL) and safety coordination during execution (CSE) relating to the noise reduction works in the Municipality of Valmontone (macro intervention 145 - taken from km 585+ 000 at km 588 + 000, located on the A1 Milan-Naples motorway).

The award will take place through an open procedure and with the application of the criterion of the most economically advantageous offer identified on the basis of the best value for money, pursuant to arts. 60 and 95, paragraph 3, lett. b) and 157 of Legislative Decree of 18.4.2016, n. 50 and subsequent amendments - public contracts code (hereafter: «code») as well as in compliance with the guidelines provided by the ANAC guidelines no. 1 «general guidelines on the awarding of services relating to architecture and engineering».
