The purpose of this consultation is to prepare and deliver meals in cold connection for the children of the micro-crèches of Barberey-Saint-Sulpice and Villechétif and for the autonomous elderly of the Marpa Estissac.

The consultation is carried out according to an open tender procedure pursuant to Articles L2124-2 and R2124-2.1° of the Public Order Code.

In accordance with the provisions of Article L. 2113-10 of the French Public Procurement Code, the consultation is divided into several lots defined as follows:

Lot 1: Delivery and preparation of meals in cold connection for the children of the micro-crèches of Barberey-Saint-Sulpice and Villechétif.

Lot 2: Delivery and preparation of meals in cold connection for the autonomous elderly of the Marpa Estissac.

The purpose of this consultation is the preparation and delivery of meals in cold connection for the children of the micro-crèches of Barberey-Saint-Sulpice and Villechétif.

in accordance with the provisions of articles L2125-1.1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 and R. 2162-13 to R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code, each lot will give rise to the conclusion of a single-awarding framework agreement with purchase orders.

the holder of the framework agreement will be consulted, at each occurrence of a need, through the issuance of purchase orders, in accordance with the provisions of articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code.

Pursuant to Article R.2162-4-2° of the French Public Procurement Code, the framework agreement will be concluded with a maximum amount of €75,000 excluding tax per year for lot 1.

in accordance with the provisions of articles L2125-1.1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 and R. 2162-13 to R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code, each lot will give rise to the conclusion of a single-awarding framework agreement with purchase orders.

the holder of the framework agreement will be consulted, at each occurrence of a need, through the issuance of purchase orders, in accordance with the provisions of articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code.

Pursuant to Article R.2162-4-2° of the French Public Procurement Code, the framework agreement will be concluded with a maximum amount of €180,000 per year excluding tax for lot 2.
