The services to be performed concern: Shaving hedges on public domain in Ghent and the removal of the organic material.
The implementation period is one year and can be extended three times by one year. This contract comprises 2 lots.
1. Shearing hedges on public domain in Ghent according to the indicative list in annex (consisting of 2 shaving rounds):
The execution period of the entire first shaving round is 60 calendar days. The start of the assignment is set in the week of 15 May. The execution period of the entire second shaving round is 50 calendar days. The start of the assignment is set in the week of 15 August.
2. Shaving the hedges and columns of the green church in the Coyendanspark (consisting of 1 shaving round):
The execution period is 5 calendar days. The start of the assignment is set in the week of 1 July.
