Stairway/landing for containers
The Ministry of Defence's Materiel and Procurement Agency (FMI) must enter into a framework agreement with one supplier for the supply of collapsible stairs/repos with adjustable legs on stairs and repos (T/R M/22) for the Danish Defence (FSV) mobile function containers (CON), with associated spare parts and services on an hourly basis for purchased T/R, as well as services on an hourly basis, spare parts and accessories for FSV existing T/R (T/R M/13). The agreement also covers the development and delivery of additional T/R solutions for some of FSV's other containers.
-
As there must be a reliable and legal access route to containers placed on the platform of the Armed Forces' tactical trucks, a T/R M/22 must be fitted. The need must cover both CON acquired via FMI container framework agreement (CONRAM), and CON which must be repurchased in relation to replacement of FSV's existing CON (CON legacy).
-
T/R M/13 construction, including accompanying drawing material and material descriptions, must generally be followed as the basis for the T/R M/22 construction. The T/R M/13 must be upgraded/improved to comply with the latest Standards and AT guidelines in the field.
-
In addition to T/R M/22, the tenderer must be able to supply other stair solutions to the CON. This is an external FMI drawing basis and/or newly developed constructions.
-
The agreement includes the production of a prototype of the T/R M/22 that must be approved by FMI (FAT and SAT) before production can be started.
