Lot 209 - screed works

The city of Hoyerswerda plans to build a 3-speed secondary school on the grounds of the former Konrad-Zuse-Gymnasium on Konrad-Zuse-Straße 7.

The project consists of 2 sub-objects:

1) refurbishment and reconstruction of the existing building, including energy renovation;

2) Construction of an extension as a new building.

The subject of the invitation to tender is screed work in the new extension.

SCOPE:

- about 3 000 m 2 Cement screed as a heating screed,

- about 3 000 m 2 Thermal insulation.
