The subject of the contract is the modernization and expansion of the cardiovascular monitoring system of the Cardiology Department of the St. John Paul II Mazovian Provincial Hospital in Siedlce as part of the Ministry of Health's project "Co-financing the purchase of intensive care equipment used in the care of cardiac patients in 2023".

The subject of the contract also includes:

• delivery of assortment (transport and unloading)

• assembly, installation and commissioning at the place indicated by the Ordering Party,

• training of the Ordering Party's medical and technical staff,

• maintenance of warranty and service of equipment.

Detailed requirements of the Contracting Authority, specific minimum parameters and warranty conditions are included in the Technical Offer Form - constituting Appendix No. 2 to the Specification of Contract Terms and Conditions - available on the website of the proceeding.

Delivery and installation, using the existing IT infrastructure, of a complete monitoring system for the Cardiology Department.

The subject of the contract is the delivery of a hemodynamic platform.
