The subject of the contract are construction works consisting in the modernization and renovation of roads, i.e.:

1) modernization of: Bociania Street in Zielona Góra; Ochla-Zielona Górska Street in Zielona Góra; municipal road no. 007228F in Zielona Góra; Ochla Topolowa Street in the area of the intersection of the county road No. 4432F with the provincial road No. 279 and Ochla-Topolowa Street in Zielona Góra; the intersection of the county road No. 4432F and the municipal road No. 007258F in Zielona Góra; the intersection of the county road No. 4432F and the municipal road No. 007228F in Zielona Góra; county road No. 4432F in the scope of renovation of the intersection of Racula-Głogowska Street and Racula-Modrzewiowa Street in Zielona Góra; modernization of the intersection of the county road No. 4432F and the municipal road No. 104558F in Zielona Góra

2) extension of: Mrągowska Street in Zielona Góra; Suwalska Street in Zielona Góra.

A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in Appendix I.2 to the Terms of Reference and in the documents referred to in section 3.4 of the Terms of Reference.

1. The subject of the contract should be executed in accordance with the design documentation and Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Works contained in Annex I.5 to the SWZ.

2. The Contracting Authority informs that for the scopes specified in clauses 3.2.1)-8) of the Terms of Reference, a cost estimate (measurement) remuneration has been adopted on the basis of the offer cost estimates included in Appendix I.4 to the Terms of Reference, and for the scopes specified in points 3.2.9)-10) of the Terms of Reference – a lump sum remuneration.

3. The Contractor shall provide a warranty for the works covered by the contract for a period of min. 36 months and warranty for defects in works for a period exceeding the warranty by 6 months. Note: The additional guarantee for works (warranty extension period) is subject to scoring in accordance with the tender evaluation criteria set out in section 30.2 of the Terms of Reference
