The municipalities work together in the field of the WOZ. This means that the municipality of Staphorst will conclude an agreement, of which the WOZ valuations of the municipality of Zwartewaterland are also part of. The current valuation application of both municipalities is 4WOZ, the tax application is Civision and the BAG application is iObjecten.

The tender concerns the conclusion of an agreement with regard to the activities listed below in the context of the WOZ Act:

1. making a valuation application available;

2. revaluation (non-residential and residential);

3. handling written WOZ objections homes;

4. handling written WOZ objections to non-residential properties;

5. handling dwellings by telephone WOZ objections;

6. handling non-residential WOZ objections by telephone;

7. handling WOZ (appeals) ;

8. mutation tracking (optional);

9. permanent market analysis of dwellings;

10. permanent market analysis of non-residential properties;

11. check object characteristics (approx. 20% of all objects annually) (optional).
