1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity to the Ordering facility i.e. the office building WOW NFZ at 158 Grunwaldzka Street, 60-309 Poznań. The detailed scope of the contract is determined by Annex 1 to the specification — draft contract.

2. Place of delivery: conscription point in Poznań, 158 Grunwaldzka Street described in the Land no. 1 to the Agreement.

3. Until 31.03.2022, the Ordering Party is supplied with electricity by RENPRO Sp. z o.o., 43 Małopolska Street, 70-515 Szczecin.

4. The qualitative requirements for the main element of the contract are defined by the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of May 4, 2007 on detailed conditions for the operation of the electro-energy system.

5. The Ordering Party does not award the contract in parts, due to the indivisibility of the indivisibility of the benefit.

6. The contractor named in the invitation to tender is obliged to carry out all operations related to the change of supplier.
