ISB has already implemented several automation and digitization projects. The software solution Therefore with the following additional system components, IRISPowerscan, IRISXtract and sysHUB, is to be successively expanded.
For this purpose, a framework contract is to be concluded with a service provider who provides the following consulting and support services:
- Expert advice on the expansion of the therefore software solution
- Development of a process concept
- Definition and coordination of the framework conditions
- Conception and establishment of the necessary organizational structures
- Implementation consulting for the introduction & configuration of the software
- Conception of further use cases in the context of further development
- Implementation of workshops to collect the requirements
- If necessary, training concept and implementation of employee training courses
- Multichannel solution: Document exchange with stakeholders and other software solutions on the subject of e-files via portal functions and document scripts is to be realized
- Service provision for the further expansion of digital (document) processes based on canon's products Therefore, IRISPowerscan, IRISXtract and sysHUB
An effort of 300 PT per year is estimated.
The subject of this framework agreement is the advisory and conceptual support of the client in the following projects on the existing therefore target system:
- In addition to fully digital invoice processing with automatic invoice processing in SAP, the electronic file and various approval workflows are to be introduced on the basis of the systems already implemented. The aim is to simplify the processes in the entire house and to automate the processes.
- The filing of files should be adapted and introduced to the individual needs of the respective organizational units.
- In addition, the framework agreement includes consulting and the setting up of functions interfaces in order to increase the degree of automation of daily work. The exchange of documents with different stakeholders, such as ministries, authorities and other e-file systems should be possible.
- The planning of specialist tests including test case creation and test coordination as well as the test execution and monitoring including the result documentation are also part of the tasks.

This framework agreement begins with the award of the contract and ends after four years. At the end of this maximum term, it ends automatically without the need for termination. The framework agreement also ends automatically without the need for termination if the binding maximum purchase quantity is reached before the maximum term begins.
The maximum call-off quantity of the framework contract is EUR 1,320,000.00 net for four years.
