Preparation of the site at Canal Avenue including, but not limited to: - Demolition of existing buildings, boundary walls and structure on site - Site clearance down to an agreed level (above formation level) - Japanese Knotweed survey, management and removal from site of infected soils - Site Hoarding and secure site - Services diversion including watermain, foul sewer, electricity, telecoms and foul sewer.
