The purpose of this contract is to carry out work as part of the operation to overhaul the ozonation unit at the Choisy-le-Roi plant, located at 28 rue Guynemer in Choisy-le-Roi (94600) . The main works included in this operation are broken down into two lots, one lot for equipment, automation and civil engineering work (lot n ° 1, equipment - automation - civil engineering) and one lot for high voltage electricity work. and low voltage (lot 2, HV / LV electricity).

The purpose of lot n ° 1 is:

- complete renewal of equipment: production of ozone and dry air, diffusion of ozone, valves and piping and instrumentation;

- renovation of the contact tanks: rehabilitation of the GC inside the ozone tanks, sealing of the reservations occupied by the windows, renewal of collective protections and securing of access by installing handling means and gates;

- completion of the second work: demolition of the existing beds and the walls of the transformer boxes, construction of new equipment beds, creation of new premises and technical false floors, refurbishment of the floor covering, etc.

- the removal of asbestos from diagnostic equipment;

- automation and remote transmission work for new equipment and the modification and setting of all the supervision views of the ozonation unit.

Lot 2 is for high voltage and low voltage electricity works:

- removal of existing electrical installations (cables, cabinets, transformers, etc.) of ozone A;

- removal of the high voltage electrical distribution for ozone B;

- removal of the low voltage electrical distribution for ozone B;

- the installation of new electrical equipment for ozone A;

- the cabling and connection of all the new electrical equipment;

- updating of automatic systems related to electrical distribution.
