1. The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of hardware and software as part of the Digital Municipality grant competition.

2. The subject of this contract has been divided into the following parts:

1) Part 1 - purchase and delivery of a server for visualization with software,

2) Part 2 - purchase and delivery of 2 pieces of disk arrays with 24 pieces of disks,

3) Part 3 - purchase and delivery of 30 pieces of access points,

4) Part 4 - purchase and delivery of 2 SSDs for your Dell server,

5) Part 5 - purchase and delivery of 8 SSDs with owned Fujitsu servers,

6) Part 6 - purchase and delivery of RAM for your Fujitsu server.

1. The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of a server for visualization with software, as part of the Digital Municipality grant competition.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract together with the quantity to be ordered is included in Annex 8 to the SWZ.

3. The order includes all costs related to the full implementation of the order, including in particular the costs of delivery with transport, unloading and bringing to the place indicated by the Ordering Party, the costs of logotypes.

4. The performance of the subject of the contract will take place in accordance with the provisions contained in this specification and the draft contract constituting the SWZ.

5. Due to the amount of the co-financing received, the Contracting Authority informs that it intends to allocate the gross amount of PLN 148982.40 to finance this part of the contract

6. The indication of trademarks, patents or origin, source or a specific process that characterizes products or services provided by a specific contractor, which may appear in the description of the subject of the contract has been used only to indicate the assumed standard of the adopted solutions

and constitute a condition of equivalence for substitute solutions. It should always be assumed that such indication is accompanied by the words "or equivalent".

7. The Contractor is obliged to deliver the subject of the contract brand new, full-fledged, free from defects, fully functional, deprived of rights and burdens of third parties, made in accordance with the standards, not used and without traces of damage.

8. The delivered subject of the contract must be approved for marketing and use in EU countries. It must have appropriate and necessary certificates or declarations and attestations in accordance with applicable law and meet all technical, functional and quality conditions specified by the Ordering Party in the description of the subject of the contract.

9. The Contractor shall provide complete equipment with all cables, subassemblies, etc., necessary for its proper use, ready for commissioning and use without additional expenditures and purchases.

10. The customer requires that the license for the server operating system should cover all cores of the installed processors and enable the launch of 4 virtual machines. The license must be selected in such a way that it complies with the manufacturer's licensing rules and allows legal use on the offered server (brand new, never used before).

11. The costs related to the full performance of the contract, including the costs of delivery to the place indicated by the Contracting Authority, i.e. to the Municipal Office of the Rawicz Commune, Marszałka Józefa Piłsudskiego 21, 63-900 Rawicz, shall be borne by the Contractor as part of the proposed offer price.

12. The contractual provisions concerning the contract in question which are essential for the parties are included in the attached draft agreement constituting Annex 7 to this SWZ.

5. Due to the amount of funding received, the Contracting Authority informs that it intends to allocate PLN 88,800.00 gross to finance this part of the contract.

5. Due to the amount of the subsidy received, the Contracting Authority informs that it intends to allocate the amount of PLN 37,500.00 gross to finance this part of the contract.
