The subject of the contract is the supply of magnetic resonance imaging with a description station along with the adaptation of rooms.
Detailed requirements as well as the scope and description of the subject of the contract are set out in the Annexes to the SWZ, i.e.:
a) in the field of adaptation of rooms
- in the Detailed description of adaptation works - Annex 2 to the SWZ
- in the Construction Project
- in the Detailed Design
b) in the scope of supply of Magnetic Resonance Imaging
- in the Detailed description of the subject of the contract (LIST OF REQUIRED TECHNICAL AND FUNCTIONAL PARAMETERS, INCLUDING PARAMETERS CONSTITUTING THE CRITERION FOR THE EVALUATION OF OFFERS) - Annex No. 1A to SWZ
The subject of the contract is the Delivery of magnetic resonance imaging with a descriptive station along with the adaptation of rooms. The Contractor shall in particular be obliged to:
- preparation of design and installation documentation taking into account the requirements of the offered apparatus and obtaining a positive opinion from the equipment manufacturer as to the designed technical solutions and submitting for approval to the representative of the Ordering Party. The above documentation and necessary expert opinions, measurements and tests shall be performed by the Contractor at its own expense,
- execution of adaptation works in accordance with the installation design documentation made by him, the conditions specified in the SWZ, which includes a detailed description of adaptation works Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ, instructions of investor's and author's supervision, in accordance with the applicable regulations, in particular the Construction Law along with other regulations in force in this respect, taking into account the specificity of the facility with all the conditions resulting from functioning of an active facility,
- dismantling and disposing of the INTERA apparatus currently located in the MR laboratory together with control devices within the time agreed with the Ordering Party and providing the Ordering Party with a report on the disposal of the above-mentioned devices (does not apply to the ICT part),
- delivery of a brand new device from 2023 with equipment and installation (assembly, commissioning and configuration) of the camera in the place indicated by the Ordering Party, after adapting the room,
- training of personnel in the operation and operation of the device within the time limit indicated by the Ordering Party (in accordance with Annex 1A to the SWZ),
- issuing to the Ordering Party (user of the Equipment) a user manual in Polish in paper and electronic version on a pendrive, technical passport and warranty document together with the supplied camera,
- providing a guarantee for all delivered devices for a period of min. 36 months from the date of commissioning the device and signing the handover protocol without reservations, The warranty covers all components, including batteries, works performed and deliveries and installed as part of the implementation of the subject of the contract materials, devices and installations
