Planning services for the project "Baulos 71-72 - barrier-free conversion of the city railway stops Vosskuhle, Lübkestr. And Max-Eyth-Str. "In the service diagrams Object Planning of Traffic Systems and Structural Design.

The urban railway line 82 was expanded in the area from the stop Kohlgartenstraße to the stop Stadtkrone Ost in 1992 as a light rail line as part of the public transport acceleration program for the use of the B-car. Since then, the platforms in this section have uniformly a platform height of 38 cm above sea level. SO. Due to the amendment of the Passenger Transportation Act of 1.1.2013, there is a requirement that the accessibility of local public transport in Germany should be as complete as possible by 1.1.2022.

In this context, the planning for the production of accessibility at the 3 stops Voßkuhle, Lübkestraße and Max-Eyth-Straße in central position of the B1 and the creation of barrier-free entrances by means of new level-parallel crossings at the stops Voßkuhle and Lübkestraße and a new bridge construction at the stop Max. Eyth-Str. to create.

The reconstruction of the light rail systems and if necessary. The new bridge construction must be coordinated with each other in the planning and construction execution.

In addition, the realization of the aforementioned infrastructural measures should take into account the vehicle concept of the railway operator DSW21. Thereafter, the provisional use of the stops from the year 2024 is sought.

The total estimated investment volume of the construction project, including planning costs of approximately EUR 1 500 000, amounts to a total of approximately EUR 12 200 000.

As part of the pre-planning, preferred variants of the route and station training were already plotted and evaluated. On this basis, a decision was taken by the City of Dortmund Council on 13.12.2018. The project is therefore based on the following concept:

The light rail is run between the stops of Voßkuhle to Max-Eyth-Straße in the inventory, only in the area of stops is a widening of the tracks for the production of middle platforms. The Voßkuhle stop is to be planned as the central platform east of the intersection, the Lübkestraße stop as the central platform west of the intersection and the Max-Eyth-Straße stop as the central platform in the existing building with elevator and stairs.

This means a new construction of the Stadtbahnhaltestellen under economic consideration if possible in modular construction and prefabricated elements with a platform height of 94cm ü.SO considering expert recommendation - the technical feasibility of special stop solutions with reduced interference with the trees.

The required Stadtbahngleisverlegung with adjustment of the catenary system are to maintain the operation of the route 82.

For the Zuwegungen this means that according to the current Council decision in the future, the stops Voßkuhle and Lübkestraße at the same level, the stop Max-Eyth-Str. keep pace with each other via a new bridge structure. On the basis of expert surveys, it may still come to the abolition of the bridge structure as access to the stop, then a level crossover is also plan.

It is aimed at the Stadtbahnhaltestellen Kohlgartenstr. to Max-Eyth-Str. to create a consistent handwriting. The planning is developed by an architectural office and must be incorporated into the planning in coordination.

In addition, the catenary planning is assigned separately and must be incorporated into the planning as well as the planning requirements of the operating technology in coordination with the delegated offices.

For the stop Max-Eyth-Str. the planning of the bridge Max-Eyth-Str. Assigned separately, provided the planning is not canceled. The planning must be considered in coordination with the commissioned office.

The entire construction project must be carried out "under operation" (public transport and IV). This is taking into account the different stages of construction of the traffic systems and if necessary. to consider the construction of the bridge structure.
