Competitive tendering of the electricity sales agreement between the City of Virtai and Virtain Energia Oy, as a result of which the margins and terms of the electricity seller are agreed upon. The final invoicing price for electrical energy consists of the seller's margin, profile cost, SYS and EPAD price fixings made as percentages and/or unencumbered Spot shares, and the volume fee for production and consumption valid during the delivery period of the transmission system operator Fingrid.
