Sansia will put out to tender the roof snow work in the City of Kuopio area on behalf of its partner Servica Oy.

A framework agreement is established in the procurement. The procurement is divided into twenty (20) areas. Tenders can be submitted for one or more areas. Three contract suppliers are being sought for each area in order of priority.

Roof snow works include the removal of snow and eaves icicles from the roof and the lifting equipment needed for snow removal.

If necessary, the client can also order roof snow work on the site on an hourly basis, for example, in the case of snow work on only part of the roof.

Work is ordered as needed, depending on e.g. winter snow situation or the customer's own resources. The client Servica Oy also carries out roof snow work itself and reserves the right to take care of the sites mentioned in this procurement in some winters also as its own work.

The framework agreement is planned to commence on 1.11.2023 and last until 31.10.2025. After this, there is an option period of two (2) years.

The subscriber does not commit to any order amounts.
