The first 3 months of the contract start serve as set-up time. The services of the small repair management start from 1.9.2020.
The WBM has divided its holdings into quarters, which are also based on the boundaries of the life-oriented areas (LOR) issued by the state of Berlin, and an approximate equal distribution (with regard to the number of rental units per lot from 10 000 to 12 000 rental units - residential - and commercial units). According to this allocation, the quarters / holdings of lot 1 are located in the districts Mitte, Pankow and Wedding.
