The object of the order is the collection, transport and development of solid municipal waste from real estate inhabited from the area of the Municipality of Kłaj in 2022.

A detailed description of the object of the order is Annex 5 to the SWZ.

It is recommended that the Contractor, before preparing the offer, familiarize himself with the local conditions and the peculiarities of the Kłaj Municipality by making a local vision and asking any questions related to the implementation of the order.

1. The subject of the order is:

-

the provision of services in the field of reception, transport and management of solid municipal waste

from real estate inhabited from the area of the Municipality of Kłaj,

-

receipt once a year of so-called large-sized waste,

-

equipping residents with waste containers,

-

providing property owners with bags for municipal waste collected selectively (paper,

plastics, glass and biowaste),

-

preparation and delivery to residents, Waste Export Schedules”,

-

reporting monthly reports.

2. Service includes the Contractor's provision of access to hard access points (roads

ground, narrow roads, running through tree-covered, woodland areas) particularly cumbersome

during the period of increased rainfall des zranches and snow, by arranging all means of transport,

which will allow the collection of waste from address points with a problematic location

with bad technical parameters of roads.
