this consultation is carried out as part of a group of orders in accordance with Article L2113-6 and following of the Public Procurement Code. The latter is formed between the City of Chambon-Feugerolles and the Communal Center for Social Action (Ccas) of the City of Chambon-Feugerolles. The coordinator of the group of orders is the City of Chambon-Feugerolles. The Coordinator shall be responsible for the procurement, signature and notification of this Framework Agreement. As far as it is concerned, each Member shall monitor the implementation of this Framework Agreement. The purpose of this call for tenders is the provision of electronic communications services, it covers the following perimeter:- fixed telephony subscriptions and communications.- subscriptions and mobile communications, mobile terminals, after-sales service and associated services- Internet and Vpn/Ip links

the maximum annual amount for the initial period is €165,000 excl. tax and €55,000 excl. tax for the renewal period, i.e. €220,000 excl. tax on the entire framework agreement.
