The subject of the contract is the provision of a service of collection and transfer of municipal waste from owners of inhabited properties and mixed properties, i.e. those that are partly real estate where residents live, and partly real estate where no residents live and municipal waste is generated, located in the city of Szczecinek

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of the service of collection and transfer of municipal waste from the owners of inhabited properties and mixed properties, i.e. those that are partly real estate where residents live, and partly real estate where no residents live and municipal waste is generated, located in the city of Szczecinek in the scope of:

1.1. collection of municipal waste from owners of inhabited and mixed properties located in the city of Szczecinek, broken down into the following fractions:

a/ 20 03 01 - unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste – 8 700 Mg,

b/ 20 02 01 - biodegradable waste – 1100 Mg,

c/ 20 01 01 - paper and cardboard – 800 Mg,

d/ 20 01 99 – other fractions not specified collected in a selective manner (metals, plastics and multi-material packaging) – 1000 Mg,

e/ 15 01 07 – glass packaging – 750 Mg,

f/ 20 03 07 - bulky waste (including waste electrical and electronic equipment) – 800 Mg,

and transfer of the collected municipal waste referred to in points a-f above to the Municipal Installation – Inter-Communal Waste Management Company Sp. z o.o. Wardyń Górny 35, 78-320 Połczyn Zdrój, which is a commercial law company whose shareholder is the City of Szczecinek and in which 100% of shares belong to local government units,

1.2. carrying out mobile collection of large-sized waste, including waste electrical and electronic equipment,

1.3. equipping, during the term of the contract for the performance of the contract, inhabited real estate and mixed real estate with containers for non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste and containers and/or bags for collecting waste collected in a selective manner, i.e.:

- biodegradable waste,

- paper and cardboard,

- glass packaging,

- metals, plastics and multi-plant packaging.
