South East Consortium on behalf of Town and Country Housing Group invites you to tender for their Development Consultancy Framework. There are 4 separate lots for this framework. The lots are for Architects, Employers Agent, Principal Designer and Planning Consultants. The framework is likely to start in April 2019 and run for 4 years.

The successful panel of architects will act as Framework Architect for the project and provide the services appropriate for a person or firm acting in the role of architect. More details can be found in Appendix 3a as the scope of services.

Town and Country Housing Group require employers agents (to include QS AND Clerk of Works) to assess the viability of the Employers Requirements and update as required to suit project. The scope of services for employers agent can be found in Appendix 3b

Town and Country require principal designers to perform all duties of Principal Designer under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015, complying with all related Health and Safety Executive (“HSE”) guidance produced from time to time and guidance documents produced by CONIAC/CITB. The scope of services in Appendix 3C will outline the requirements further.

Town and Country require Planning Consultants to review and advising on current permitted use of land or buildings. Further details about the scope of services can be found in Appendix 3d.
