Delivery of medical devices - 94-PN-2023

1. The subject of the contract is the supply with the contribution of bonding materials and stabilization in the assortment and quantities specified in Annex 2 to IDW - Assortment and quantity form.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 2 to IDW Assortment and quantity form.

3. The offered subject of the order must meet the requirements of the Ordering Party listed in the Assortment and Quantity Form, be brand new and ready for use as intended without making additional purchases, cannot be reconditioned equipment and cannot be used earlier by another user.

4. The offered object of the contract must be authorised for marketing and use as a medical device (only for medical devices).

5. The Contracting Authority shall allow submission of tenders for individual parts of the contract. This order consists of 8 parts. A tender may be submitted for one or more lots.
