The Commissioner intends to carry out the inventory of existing buildings in conjunction with the tendered contractor and project, plan and undertake the renovation, redevelopment and construction of Special accommodation, day operations, BMS-residence with special service targeting group accommodation, aid assessed apartments and security apartments as well as fine planning of the outside environment connected to each business and building.
