The aim of the framework agreement is to ensure that the contracting authority has access to drivers education services for emergency response vehicles (certification courses and maintenance training) for its service personnel.

Service personnel who shall drive the emergency response vehicles must fulfil requirements in the regulations on requirements for training, testing and competence for emergency vehicles (the Emergency Response Regulations), dated 12.6.2009, and they must have national code 160 on their driving licence.

The contracting authority has service place and service personnel nationwide, and has a need for service deliveries nationwide. See the description in the specifications in Annex 1b for further details on the requested services and delivery locations.
