Thalidomide oral 50 mg.
Ambrisentan oral comprimé 5 mg et 10 mg.
Atovaquone susp. buv. à 750 mg/5 ml flacon de 240 ml.
Bévacizumab inj. solution à diluer 100 mg et 400 mg.
Cinacalcet oral comprimé 30 mg, 60 mg et 90 mg.
Divalproate de sodium oral comprimé 250 mg et 500 mg.
