The contracting entity will request your tender for artist-quality visual art supplies in accordance with this invitation to tender and its appendices.

The tendering process is carried out through an open procedure, on the basis of which a maximum of two (2) contract suppliers with the most points are selected for the contract period.

The selection criterion for the tendering process is overall economic affordability, with the weight of the price being 60 points and the weight of quality being 40 points.

The procurement contract starts at the earliest after the procurement decision has become final. The contract period is four (4) years.

Additional questions concerning the tendering process must be submitted in accordance with the tender documents in the Tender Service portal by 2.12.2022 at 12.00 noon.

The contracting entity will ask its customers for your tender for artist-quality visual art supplies in accordance with this invitation to tender and its appendices for the procurement period that begins at the earliest after the procurement decision has become final. The contract period is four (4) years. A maximum of two (2) highest-scoring contract suppliers will be selected for the contract period.

More detailed identification of the products is presented in the criteria of the object of procurement. The invitation to tender defines the products that are currently in use. Tenders may be submitted for products which are at least identical in quality and use characteristics in respect of the products listed and their characteristics.

If even one of the products offered is not at least equivalent in quality and use characteristics for a justified reason, the tender shall be rejected.
