The subject of the contract shall be the delivery of petroleum products in accordance with the qualitative requirements indicated by the Contracting Authority in the 'Description of the object of the procurement, annexed 7 A, B and C to the SWZ and in accordance with the summary set out in Chapter IV of the SWZ, the quantities included in options in the table in Chapter IV (2) SWZ, in the column 'quantity in option' may be used after the implementation of the basic quantities included in the table in Chapter IV (2) SWZ, in the column 'basic quantity' when the needs of the Ordering Party exist in this respect. On the intention to exercise the right of option referred to in Article 31 (2) of the Pzp Act, together with the specifying of the quantity of the ordered item of the order and the place of its delivery, the Contractor shall inform the Contractor (in writing or by email or fax) up to 30 days from the date of the signing of the contract.

The subject of the order is the supply of petrol to C varnishes carried out in accordance with the quality requirements indicated by the Contracting Authority in the 'Description of the Object of Order', annex No 7C to SWZ in the quantity of 2 500 kg, including:

— basic quantity: 1 500 kg,

— quantity in the option: 1 000 kg.

The subject of the order is the delivery of oil to medium-loaded compression-ignition engines SAE 50 performed in accordance with the quality requirements indicated by the Contracting Authority in the 'Description of the Object of Order', set out in Annex No 7B to SWZ in quantity 90 025 kg, including:

— basic quantity:45 025 kg,

— quantity in the option: 45,000 kg.

The subject of the order is the delivery of engine oil of class SN/CF SAE 5W/30 performed in accordance with the quality requirements indicated by the Contracting Authority in the 'Description of the Object of Order', annex No 7C to SWZ in quantity of 22,000 kg, including:

— basic quantity: 12 000 kg,

— quantity in the option: 10 000 kg.

The subject of the order is the delivery of engine oil of class SG/CF-4 SAE 15W/40 performed in accordance with the quality requirements indicated by the Contracting Authority in the 'Description of the Object of Order', annex No 7C to SWZ in quantity of 17 000 kg, including:

— basic quantity: 9 000 kg,

— quantity in the option: 8,000 kg

The subject of the order is the delivery of SL/CF SAE 15W/40 engine oil performed in accordance with the quality requirements indicated by the Contracting Authority in the 'Description of the Object of Order', annex No 7B to SWZ in the quantity of 4,000 kg, including:

— basic quantity: 3 000 kg,

— quantity in the option: 1 000 kg.

The subject of the order is the delivery of oil to automatic gearboxes type ATF DEXTRON III H performed in accordance with the quality requirements indicated by the Contracting Authority in the 'Description of the Object of Order', annex No 7C to SWZ in the quantity of 3,000 kg, including:

— basic quantity: 2 000 kg,

— quantity in the option: 1 000 kg.

The subject of the contract is the delivery of SAE 40 class aviation oil (e.g. AEROSHELL OIL W 80 or equivalent oil) performed in accordance with the quality requirements indicated by the Contracting Authority in the 'Description of the Object of Order' set out in Annex 7A to SWZ in the quantity of 650 kg, including:

— basic quantity: 350 kg,

— quantity in the option: 300 kg.

The subject of the order is the supply of engine oil class CD 10W (e.g. Avia CD 10W, Orlen Oil Superol CD 10W or equivalent) performed in accordance with the quality requirements indicated by the Contracting Authority in the 'Description of the Object of Order', Annex 7C to SWZ, quantity 2 200 kg, including:

— basic quantity: 1 400 kg,

— quantity in the option: 800 kg.

The subject of the order is the delivery of EXP 000 grease carried out in accordance with the quality requirements indicated by the Contracting Authority in the 'Description of the Object of Order' in Annex No 7C to SWZ in the quantity of 700 kg, including:

— basic quantity: 600 kg,

— quantity in the option: 100 kg.

The subject of the order is the supply of mineral hydraulic oil to medium-loaded hydraulic drive and control systems type 68 (corresponds to ISO VG 68 viscosity class) performed in accordance with the quality requirements indicated by the Contracting Authority in the “Item description procurement” set up in Annex No 7C to SWZ in quantity of 12 000 kg, including:

— basic quantity: 6 600 kg,

— quantity in the option: 5 400 kg.
