1. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of road and pavement materials for Spółka Komunalna Żukowo Sp. z o. o.

2. The contract is divided into the following two lots:.

1) Lot No. 1 of the contract: Delivery of concrete and granite road materials,

2) Lot No. 2 of the contract: Delivery of road multi-hole boards type jomb,

3) Part No. 3 of the order: Delivery of MON road plates with holders for chain slings.

1. The subject of the contract within the scope of Lot No. 1 includes the delivery of:

1) Concrete paving stones – type HOLLAND 6cm gray (3000 m2) and color (3000 m2)

2) Concrete paving stones – type HOLLAND / BEHATON 8 cm gray (8000m2) and color (5000 m2):

3) Road concrete curbs 15/30/100 cm (6000 pieces):

4) Concrete pavement edging 8/25/100 cm (4000 pieces)

5) Concrete road resistors 12/25/100 cm (3000 pieces)

6) Concrete road trays 15/60/33 cm (500 pieces)

7) Openwork concrete slabs type MEBA 60/40/10 cm (3000 pieces)

8) Beganit or Moderna noble concrete paving stones 6 cm (1000 m2)

9) Granite stone curbs 15/30/100 (100 pieces)

10) Flushed terrace tiles 40/40/3.8 cm (1000 pcs.)

11) Aged concrete paving stones 6 cm (1000 m2)

12) Shot blasted concrete paving stones 8 cm (500 m2)

2. The parameters and requirements concerning the subject of the contract are specified in the Terms of Specification made available by the Contracting Authority.

3. Delivery of the subject of the contract, in addition to the sale, also includes: loading, transport and unloading in places indicated by the ordering party in the municipality of Żukowo. Required transport by car with its own unloading, e.g. HDS. Materials must be delivered on pallets.

4. Due to the possibility of changing current needs during the term of the contract and the cost estimate nature of the settlement, the Ordering Party has the right to:

1) reducing the scope of performance of the subject of the contract resulting in a change in the value of the concluded contract by a maximum of 30%,

2) changes in the quantity of materials in individual assortments while maintaining unit prices specified by the Contractor in the offer,

3) increasing the scope of performance of the subject of the contract resulting in a change in the value of the concluded contract by a maximum of 50%.

1. The subject of the contract in the scope of Lot No. 1 includes successive delivery of multi-hole jomb road slabs for Spółka Komunalna Żukowo Sp. z o. o. in the amount of 60,000 pieces

2. The parameters and requirements concerning the subject of the contract are specified in the Terms of Specification made available by the Contracting Authority.

3. Delivery of the subject of the contract, in addition to the sale, also includes: loading, transport and unloading in places indicated by the ordering party in the municipality of Żukowo. Required transport by car with its own unloading, e.g. HDS. Materials must be delivered on pallets.
