Provision of maintenance assistance in operational condition as part of the Jules Horowitz Reactor (RJH) construction project. Duration of the contract: 4 years.
The service, subject of the Contract, will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the aforementioned CEA documents, as well as the requirements of the texts and standards in force.
The Market is broken down as follows:
- Fixed firm share:
Position 1: Engineering Mission / Supervision of the MCO (duration 4 years):
The different tasks to be carried out within the framework of this mission are:
- Drafting / modification of maintenance procedures: the incumbent drafts or modifies maintenance procedures, he has them checked and approved.
- Drafting / modification of maintenance ranges: the incumbent writes or modifies maintenance ranges in order to ingest them / have them modified in INFOR.
- Realization of functional cutting: the holder carries out functional cuts in order to be able to subsequently ingest this cutting in INFOR.
- Definition of PdR : the holder defines the PdR according to the recommendations of the manufacturers, the plans, the REX of the stakeholders in order to be able to ingest them in INFOR.
- Realization of maintenance plan: the holder defines the maintenance plan of the equipment according to the REX, the recommendations of the manufacturers and the legislation.
- Definition of plan updates and issuance of a request for update to the project
- Request for service to the STL: the holder makes requests to the support services of the CEA center in the CMMS
- Preparation of interventions entrusted to external companies (service providers): drafting of technical specifications of maintenance services entrusted to service providers, assistance to the "logistics" team in charge of consultation, analysis of technical offers,
- Site monitoring assistance services: the incumbent monitors and coordinates the interfaces between the service providers and the project. He intervenes in support of the "logistics" team
- Drafting of meeting minutes: after organizing a meeting the incumbent will write the minutes of the meeting.
- Treatment of events and non-conformities related to the holder's field of intervention: the holder participates in the treatment of events and nonconformities, from analysis / diagnosis, to technical resolution, respecting the processes in force
- Writing of monthly activity report: Each month the incumbent writes a monthly activity report on the activities carried out, define the hard points and the points of improvement.
The volume of the deliverables of the firm and lump sum share is defined in Annex 1 of the CDC TA-6726942

Option 1: Engineering/Supervision of the MCO
Option 1 corresponds to an increase in the volumetry of the engineering / supervision mission of the MCO. It can intervene during the 3rd or 4th year.
Option 2: Engineering/Supervision of the MCO
Option 2 corresponds to an increase in the volumetry of the engineering/supervision mission of the MCO. It will be able to intervene during the 4th year.
- Estimated share capped on prior estimate:
In support of the performance of the missions defined above, the contract provides for the opportunity to entrust the Holder, if necessary, with additional one-off services. The volume of these additional services is capped at 5% of the contract price.
