CONCLUSION OF A FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR THE TRANSPORT OF F-34 AVIATION FUEL AND DIESEL OIL BY RAIL TANKERS FOR THE NEEDS OF THE POLISH ARMED FORCES
